Let’s be honest, breastfeeding can have many different challenges and be harder than first expected. With my lactation consult I will guide and support you through these challenges and difficult times, providing you with the knowledge and confidence to continue your breastfeeding journey. And since every mama’s breastfeeding journey is different, we can tailor your plan to support what fits best for you and your family.
Your consult includes:
- 15 minute introductory conversation to identify your needs
- 2 hr live video consult includes:
- Identifying goals for feeding
- In-depth feeding and baby assessment
- Personalised plan for concerns, such as:
- Sore, cracked or damaged nipples
- Poor attachment and positioning
- Breast refusal
- Thrush, mastitis or blocked/clogged ducts
- Low or over supply
- Nipple shield care or weaning
- Returning to work
- And much, much more
*2 hr consult may be broken into 2 x 1 hr sessions depending on needs
